Inspiring (Hvetjandi) is a non-governmental organisation focused on creating opportunities for young people and strengthening their skills, confidence and employability. Through European cooperation and practical initiatives, Inspiring develops approaches and resources that help young people with fewer opportunities take steps towards education, training and employment.

About the Association
Hvetjandi; Félag um rannsókna- og nýsköpunarsamstarf (Inspiring); is an Icelandic non-governmental organisation working to promote innovation, skills development and international cooperation. Our mission is to create opportunities for individuals and organisations through learning, collaboration and participation in European and Nordic programmes.
We support the development and implementation of projects in areas such as education and training, entrepreneurship, employability, social inclusion, youth development and organisational capacity building. Through partnerships across Europe, we help organisations access new knowledge, exchange best practices and develop innovative solutions to common challenges.
By combining project management, research, evaluation and policy expertise, Hvetjandi contributes to initiatives that strengthen individuals, organisations and communities. We believe that cooperation across borders, sectors and disciplines is essential for creating sustainable and inclusive growth in today’s rapidly changing world.
